Join us for a fabulous 3-day retreat weekend, staying in a Georgian country house set in 12 acres with a heated outdoor swimming pool, extensive gardens, orchard, wildflower meadow field and local woodland. Expect energising and restorative yoga, delicious food, relaxing pooltime, stunning walks, and of course wine.

Matt’s in charge of teaching twice daily yoga classes (morning flow and an evening restorative session), and Jon’s all about cooking lip-smacking meals. Throughout the day you’ll have plenty of time to relax by the pool, take reflective walks in the countryside, or simply unwind and read a book.

This retreat is an intimate one with space for just seven people. So, if you’re a beginner yogi there’s plenty of opportunity for one-on-one support and guidance.

Just over 2.5 hours away from London via train or car. Parking available on the property.
We can arrange for pick-up from the nearby station of Worstead at no additional cost.
