This class combines strength training, mobility, and flexibility in a total body workout that will help you stretch and flex your muscles better than simply hitting the gym. Exercises are all done using body weight, and include handstands, pistol squat, rings and more. Unlike Bootcamp, this class will not have a HIIT element, but will still get you sweating like crazy.

Power Yoga is open to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Based on the principles of dynamic Vinyasa, Power Yoga encompasses elements of core, mobility, and movement to heat the body, build strength, and make you feel good. The studio accommodates up to 14 people, so make sure to book early to get a spot!

Outdoor Bootcamp combines cardio, strength, and flexibility to give you an effective, fat-burning and sweaty workout. The class structure is made up of a warmup, game/workout to music routine, HIIT-based partner exercises, a strength-focused circuit and a cool down yoga flow. What better way to get fit than doing a routine to a RuPaul or Kylie song. Even better, bring a friend!
