Intro to Yoga for Men
Many guys feel that yoga isn't accessible since it's all about stretching and being flexible. This workshop will be a carefully crafted introduction to yoga, designed to show how yoga can help you move your body, address pain, make you feel good, and improve your strength–often better than just hitting the gym!

Myofascial Release & Yin Restore
This workshop focuses on an introduction to the connective tissue in the body, namely the fascia, its function in the body, and how to perform self-myofascial Trigger point release. Following the self-massage, we will practice a gentle yin sequence, so you can get extra melty. Imagine 2 hours of massage and release, your body will love you!
